At Xcite Marketing, we don't have Account Managers! We have Marketing Specialists, people with extensive training and background in marketing communications and branding. This is what sets us apart from most design firms.

A Marketing Specialist will work with you to understand your business, your competition, your customers, your markets, and your marketing objective for each project. By the time the creative team starts concepting and design, the goal is crystal clear.

Projects usually require only 1 to 2 rounds of revisions before our clients sign off their final approval. However, for new clients, the process may take a little longer. We will continue to refine your project until you are satisfied or for 15 days after your 2nd Review, whichever is shorter. Should you decide to cancel your project for any reason, we will refund your money minus the down payment.
