Step 1:

Schedule your project by phone, e-mail, or through our Web site.

Step 2: Approve Price & Terms
Client approves price & terms.
Step 3:

Down Payment
Client makes a down payment to initiate project. 50% down payment
is required.

Step 4:

Client Interview
An Xcite Marketing Specialist interviews the client and collects marketing requirements.

Step 5:

1st Review
Marketing Specialist submits comprehensive draft to client. Client selects concept, provide review input, and may ask for changes.

Step 6: 2nd Review
Marketing Specialist submits 2nd draft to client, it incorporates requested changes from the 1st Review.
Step 7: Project Approval
Client submits project approval and makes final payment.
Step 8: Project Delivery
Marketing Specialist releases copyright to client. Files will be available to the client on CD & FTP download.
